If managers really want to surprise their workers with some truly lovely gifts, they might buy them new computers. These will fit in nicely with the rest of the supplies. Computers have come way down in price in the last few years and are now reasonable. If the older computers have been misbehaving, then it may be time to buy some new ones.

The order list can be subtly tweaked through time if people end up deciding that they would like different types of products.

Accounting books that are kept up to date will be godsends when it comes time to figure out payroll.
