Sometimes getting used to one thing leads to boredom, when this happens change must be considered, when it comes to drinks like coffee, there is coffee alternative that can be used to serve same purpose and live users satisfied.

Green tea is made of green leaves that are crushed and grinned then packed in fine powder form; these leaves used have a minimal amount of caffeine compared to other plant substances used to make drinks. Some benefits of using these Greene tea is that they help in cleaning human blood and body systems like the liver.

Nutty drinks like blended drinks are rich in fiber and vitamins and other nutrients like keratin that is helpful in nourishing hair, nails and for body building as its part of protein nutrients. Blended nuts are being added in food supplements for athletes to ensure the nutrients help them get to their maximum athletic potential like people who do weights.

Another alternative is licorice tea usually spicy and sweet making it a common and a favorite choice for many people. Apart from nice taste it comes with health benefits like improving hormonal balance, and like wine these drink softens digestion process and ensures one does no belt or bloat due stomach upset.

In other countries like where Maori people are located, wheat grass is a source of juice that is nutritional and helpful. In India Chai is a common drink, ingredients include milk which is very nutritious water and spices like ginger or cinnamon. Mainly drunk during morning hours and evening hours after cows have been milked and cleaned, before temple ceremonies commence . Carob powder which is similar to coco is used in many Indian hotels just like in America, milk and honey plus these powder itself are bused to cook a drink which taste better than most juices.
